AN EVENT-FUL 30 YEARS
SRO is wrapping up an event-filled
2001. In its nearly 30 years in the entertainment business, SRO has coordinated
a variety of local and national events including booking talent for Jimmy Carter’s
inaugural ball to working on Michael Jordan’s first retirement celebration
in Chicago. This year remained
eventful as SRO marked its seventh year working with the NBA on its annual
marque event - All-Star Weekend.
On a local level,
SRO continues to coordinate annual events for community leaders such as
City Pages, Calhoun Square and Marshall Field’s.
